TRAINING

Physical preparation

As you know, physical condition allows the player to handle a certain amount of work throughout the season, because its role is to add points to match fitness every night. Thanks to it, the player can train more during the day, and also be at 100% match fitness on the day of the official game.

At the beginning of each season it’s important to always carry out the team's physical preparation. At the beginning of the season the physical condition is +8% for all players, the minimum is +5% and the maximum is +12%.

To increase his match fitness the player must do "jogging" sessions; a few days of intensive "jogging" are enough to reach +12%, then about one "jogging" session per week helps maintain that level.

Plannings

The plannings are the training programs for the whole week, you have 8 available, programmable as desired + 1 planning "Rest". It’s as if each club had 8 assistant managers capable of leading a session and a group of players.

For each planning you program the 4 daily sessions, for the 7 days of the week. You can change them at any time.

Here are all available sessions :

  • Shoot
  • Passes
  • Head
  • Sprint
  • Jogging
  • Match 5
  • Tactic
  • Tackle
  • GK - Reflex
  • GK - Catching ball
  • GK - Stretching
  • GK - Distribution
  • GK - Breakaway long distance
  • GK - Rest

Each session allows the player to work on 2 skills. To get all the information on each session, you just have to click on the blue button Information

At the bottom of each column is the amount of match fitness that the day's training will take away from each player.

Be careful not to tire your players too much on the day of the official games!

The report

A daily report is updated after each session (AM1, AM2, PM1, PM2), meaning that after PM2 the report is complete for the day. It’s also in this report that you can assign plannings to your players.

Training

You can see, for each of your players, the points earned and points lost in each skill. A drop-down list allows you to change a player's planning very quickly. A coloured arrow indicates how the player's overall level is evolving.

You can also see a player's progress on their page, in the “Training” tab.
